SUMMARY

Clubhouse and central management/ marketing facility for a large apartment complex in suburban Chicago. Tight triangular site necessitated the building program be "stretched" around the new pool, thus maximizing views of the pool from nearly anywhere in the building. Building can be sub-divided with sliding walls to accommodate different modalities. Amenities included a new fitness room, a commons area with adjacent community kitchen, a 24-hour business center and a lap pool.
